Today You Have a Choice

You have the opportunity to be loved today deeper and stronger and more thoroughly than you've ever been loved before.

There have been times in your life when you've been treated unfairly.

Someone hurt you when they should have protected you.

Your cries for compassion have fallen on deaf ears.

Somebody told you "I love you" but their actions didn't agree.

When you needed to be embraced lovingly, you've been treated cruelly. 

Some or all of this has been true for you at some point in your life, but it doesn't have to be true today.

Today you have a choice. You can choose to give and receive love fearlessly. You can allow love to pour over you lavishly. You can decide today, even if only today, to experience all the love you've ever needed. 

The trick is you must give this love to yourself.

The truth is you deserve it.
